Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Snaptive AI (“Snaptive AI,” “we,” “us”) builds websites and automated follow-up systems for home-service contractors. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit snaptive.ai, fill in a form, book a call, or call or text us, and what we do with it. If you disagree with it, please don’t use our site or forms.

1. Information we collect

What you give us. Your first name, mobile phone number and email address; your business name, trade and county; the date and time of any call you book; and anything you tell us on a call, in a text or in a message.

What we collect automatically. Your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the ad or link that brought you to us (including campaign tags in the web address), and cookie and pixel data described in Section 5.

Records of our conversations. We keep a log of calls, texts and emails between you and us in our customer-management system, including the time, the phone number and the content of text messages.

2. How we use it

  • To reply to your request and send you the link, video or information you asked for.
  • To schedule your call and send confirmations and reminders.
  • To follow up about your inquiry by phone, by email and, only if you agreed to it, by text message.
  • To measure and improve our website and advertising.
  • To keep records, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.

3. Text messaging

If you check the text-message consent box on our form, or agree to texts when you book a call, you consent to receive text messages from Snaptive AI at the mobile number you provided. These messages relate to your inquiry: the link or information you asked for, confirmations and reminders for calls you booked, and follow-ups about your request. Consent is not a condition of booking a call or buying anything. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. We keep a record of your consent (the time, the form and the number) so we can show it if asked.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

The companies that carry and deliver our texts, and the software that sends them for us, handle your number only to deliver the messages we send you.

4. How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us run our business, and only so they can do that work for us. They include our customer-management and messaging platform (HighLevel), our phone and text-delivery provider (Twilio), our email and calendar providers (Google), and our advertising and analytics providers (Meta). We may also disclose information when the law requires it, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or in connection with a sale or transfer of our business.

We do not sell your personal information. Our use of advertising pixels is described in Section 5.

5. Cookies and advertising technologies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies, including the Meta Pixel, to understand how visitors use the site and how our ads perform, and to show our ads to people who may be interested. You can limit this through your browser settings, through your Meta ad preferences, or at optout.aboutads.info.

6. How long we keep it, and how we protect it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purposes above or as the law requires, then delete or anonymize it. We use reasonable safeguards, but no method of storing or sending data is perfectly secure.

7. Your choices

  • Texts: reply STOP to any message.
  • Calls: tell us to put you on our do-not-call list and we will.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any email, or write to us.
  • Your information: to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, email [email protected]. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state law, and we will honor valid requests.

8. Children

Our site and services are for business owners and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
