These terms govern your use of snaptive.ai, our forms and booking calendar, and our text-message program. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use them. Paid engagements with Snaptive AI are governed by the written proposal or agreement for that engagement; if it conflicts with these terms, that agreement controls.

1. Who can use our site

You must be at least 18 and be using our site for business purposes. You agree to give accurate information, to use the site lawfully, and not to interfere with it or with other people’s use of it.

2. Text message program: Snaptive AI Text Updates

What it is. Text messages from Snaptive AI about a request you made: the link or information you asked for, confirmations and reminders for calls you booked, and follow-ups about your inquiry. We do not send messages unrelated to your request, and we do not text people who have not agreed to receive texts.

How you join. You join by checking the text-message consent box on our form at snaptive.ai/contractor-websites, or the consent box on our booking calendar, and submitting it with your mobile number. The box is never pre-checked.

Consent is optional. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of booking a call or buying anything from us.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies with your activity, typically a few messages around an inquiry or a booked call.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. We do not charge for texts.

Stopping. Reply STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and then no more. To rejoin, reply START or submit the form again.

Help. Reply HELP, email [email protected] or call (240) 209-9981.

Your number. Only give us a mobile number that is yours or that you are authorized to use. If you change or give up your number, tell us or reply STOP so it isn’t texted by mistake.

Carriers. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and signal and is not guaranteed.

Privacy. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

3. Calls and email

When you give us your phone number or email address you agree we may contact you about your inquiry by phone and email. Ask us to stop at any time.

4. Information on our site

What we publish is general information about our services. Results depend on your business, market and many factors outside our control, and we do not guarantee any particular result. The site is provided “as is.”

5. Ownership

The site, its text, design and our logo belong to Snaptive AI or its licensors. You may view it for your own use but may not copy or resell it without our written permission.

6. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Snaptive AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or text program, and our total liability for any claim relating to them will not exceed $100.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, and any dispute about them will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Maryland.

8. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a new version here and changing the date at the top. Continuing to use the site or text program after that means you accept the change.
